This holiday season, Sky + Table Event Group and LA Chefs Catering are launching the Holiday Plate Project, a community-driven initiative created to provide a hot holiday meal to every elementary student within the Lethbridge School Division.
Built on the belief that food has the power to bring people together, the Holiday Plate Project transforms everyday events, celebrations, and gatherings into an opportunity to give back to students across our community.
What Is the Holiday Plate Project?
Throughout 2026, a portion of proceeds from events and catering services through LA Chefs Catering will go directly toward funding and delivering hot holiday meals to elementary students within the Lethbridge School Division.
From weddings and corporate events to holiday parties and community gatherings, every event served becomes part of something larger.
The goal is simple:
To create a warm, shared holiday experience for students across our city, one rooted in connection, inclusion, and community.

What Schools Can Expect
Each participating school will receive:
- A hot, chef-prepared holiday meal for students
- Coordinated delivery aligned with school lunch schedules
- On-site support from our team to ensure smooth service
- Communication and coordination leading up to delivery day
Our goal is to make the experience seamless for schools while creating something meaningful for students.
How the Community Becomes Part of It
One of the most special parts of the Holiday Plate Project is that it’s entirely community-driven.
Every wedding booked. Every corporate event hosted. Every holiday party catered. Every meal shared.
It all contributes.
